  • Robert Nathan, DVM, CCRP

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Robert Nathan is the Medical Director of Sharon Center Veterinary Hospital. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. He has extensive experience treating dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets and other exotic animals. His passion for exotic animals, particularly reptiles, began as a child and led him to dedicating his career to veterinary medicine. Dr. Nathan became a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) in 2015, He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), the American Association of Zoo Veterinarians (AAZV), and the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV). He has served as a board member of the ARAV and edited the Roundtable for the Journal of Herpetological Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Nathan works with the Akron Zoo, and is a veterinarian for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

  • Stephen Faust, DVM

    Stephen Faust is a 1995 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has vast experience treating dogs and cats, and a wide range of exotic species. Dr. Faust has a particular interest in orthopedic surgery. He has completed advanced training in several specialized orthopedic procedures. He is member of the AVMA and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA).

  • Luis Iturriaga II, DVM

    Dr. Luis G. Iturriaga II received his bachelor's degree in Zoology and Spanish from Miami University in 2004, and his D.V.M. from Kansas State University in 2010. He has worked at Sharon Center Veterinary Hospital since 2017. He shares his passion for veterinary medicine with his father who is also a veterinarian. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his dog, family and friends. He also has a family alpaca farm that he tends to.

  • Huber

    Anna Huber, DVM

    Dr. Anna Huber was born and raised in Sharon Center. She graduated from Findlay University with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2002 and The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She practiced veterinary medicine for ten years in the state of Virginia and two years in South Dakota before returning to Northeast Ohio and joining the team at Sharon Center Veterinary Hospital in 2018. Dr. Huber has a background in small animal general medicine and surgery, emergency medicine and surgery, shelter medicine, as well as high volume spay and neuter. She became certified in animal chiropractic though the AVCA (American Veterinary Chiropractic Association) in 2011. She is also a member of the AHVMA (American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association). Dr. Huber specializes in soft tissue surgery, animal chiropractic, essential oils, nutritional supplements and consultations, and is currently undergoing course study in homeopathy. Dr. Huber enjoys working to get patients back to health as naturally as possible, looking for underlying cause for correction. She is married to Robert and together they have two children, Marian (6) and Evelyn (2.5). She enjoys riding her horse JD, hiking with her family, and relaxing with a good movie.

  • Jennifer Ziegman, DVM

    Dr. Jennifer Ziegman graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.  Since graduation, Dr. Ziegman has stayed in Northeast Ohio to practice veterinary medicine.  She has been practicing in the Medina area since 2007.  Dr. Ziegman has extensive experience in small animal medicine with particular interest in preventative medicine and client education.  She is married to Andrew and together they have two children.
